Classes & Seminars   

These one or two time classes and trainings are tailored to you and your group. These are four to eight hour classes and seminars. We sit down together and design the perfect seminar/training for you and your group. You decide what you want to learn, how you want it to run-group interaction, meditations, exercises, homework and what you want your group to get out of the training. We go over your goals and intent, your expectations and the hopes and expectations of the group. It is a $200 set up fee and $200 per hour plus supplies. There is a minimum of a half a day and a minimum of three people per seminar.
